1.Who are we? Where are we based? We're the internet wing of a hair salon in Brighton, England. The business has been established for 10 years. Because we're based around a real salon, you'll get better advice on better products.
2. What are our Terms & Conditions? The full details of our T&C's can be found by clicking this link. They meet all current eCommerce requirements under EC law.
3. What are your postage costs? Once you add items to the Shopping Basket and then proceed to Checkout, you will be asked which country the goods are being delivered to. At this point the Shopping Basket will work out your exact postage costs for you. These are shown below :- United Kingdom... £2.50 for the 1st item & 50p for each subsequent item. Europe... £5.95 for the 1st item & £1.00 for each subsequent item. USA & Canada... £5.95 for the 1st item & £1.50 for each subsequent item. Rest of the World... £6.95 for the 1st item & £1.50 for each subsequent item.
4. When do we charge your credit card? We only process the payment of your order on the day of despatch. Some sites will charge your card the moment you place the order - regardless of whether they have the item in stock. We don't believe this is right.
5. How quick will you get your order? We understand when you order over the internet, most people want it 'yesterday'! So almost all items are kept in stock and we also almost always despatch on the day you order, for orders placed before 4:00pm. We only ever use First Class delivery methods so for UK orders most parcels will arrive the next day. If you need this guaranteed, please use the Special Delivery option at the checkout stage. Or alternatively, you could enquire about your order through our Live Help system.
6. Will you know whether your order went through successfully? Shortly after you place your order you should receive a confirmation email, if this doesn't arrive within a few hours, it might be best to either send us an email, or contact us through our Live Help system.
7. What if I see my order advertised elsewhere for less money? Our Price Match Plus policy guarantees you can buy with confidence.
